Landscape Report
This whitepaper summarizes current data related to computer science enrollment andcareers. Input was gathered from CS Task Force members and numerous otherstakeholders in Texas with expertise in this area to develop a concise set of issues andrecommendations related to repairing and building the computer science pipeline inTexas. Each primary barrier is further explained in detail along with an accompanyingrecommendation for overcoming the barrier. This, by no means, is an exhaustive list ofevery issue or solution but rather a reasonable start to address some of thefundamental issues around computer science through viable, scalable and achievablerecommendations.
