Data Dashboard
EdSight is the interactive data portal for Connecticut's public districts, schools, and programs. The Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) is committed to enhancing the public’s access to information and data on schools and districts, helping inform local boards of education and other stakeholders about the education system in their communities.
Landscape Report
Connecticut has made progress expanding and promoting Computer Science (CS) education across K-12. Due to efforts by teachers and administrators across K-12, the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE), higher education institutions, and non-profit, community, and professional organizations, students across the state have more opportunities to learn computer science, and at earlier ages than before. Additionally, there are more curricular resources available to teachers and schools interested in offering computer science. This progress is noteworthy and a positive development for the state.

Strategic Plan
Utilizing the Computer Science Planning Toolkit developed by Code.org and edited by ECEP, Connecticut’s strategic plan serves as a dynamic guide for their CS advocacy efforts.
AI Guidance
Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and general algorithmic tools have played a role in teaching and learning for decades, albeit generally an invisible one. From tools that students engage with to deepen and personalize learning to organizational and decision-support systems that teachers and administrators leverage, technology has become ubiquitous in all aspects of learning.
